Dr. Pattni is a theologian and psychologist, holds three master’s degrees and has a doctorate in Yoga Psychology from the University of Oxford and also tutors at the Oxford Centre for Hindu Studies. I have seen so many different therapies in my life yet when I come across one that blows me away – I love it! I tried out the hyperbaric oxygen chamber and I think I’m hooked! I plan to go back regularly.

According to the Mayo Clinic, In a hyperbaric oxygen therapy chamber, the air pressure is increased two to three times higher than normal air pressure. Under these conditions, your lungs can gather much more oxygen than would be possible breathing pure oxygen at normal air pressure. When your blood carries this extra oxygen throughout your body, this helps fight bacteria and stimulates the release of substances called growth factors and stem cells, which promote healing.
